OpenTable, the online reservation platform lauded for its diner and restaurant solutions, has just released its annual list of the Top 100 Restaurants in America for 2023 and four Seattle-area restaurants have ranked on this prestigious culinary roster.
Top restaurants were "culled from over 12 million verified diner reviews and dining metrics including diner ratings, percentage of reservations made in advance, and five-star reviews," says OpenTable. "The list highlights some of the top spots favored by diners this year."
