A restaurant that celebrates the bounty of the Pacific Northwest, Driftwood takes inspiration from the region's natural beauty and rich culinary heritage. Executive Chef Dan Mallahan is committed to using fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. He partners with farmers in the Deschutes, Green, and Snohomish River valleys, as well as Vashon and the San Juan islands to source seasonal produce. He also works closely with tribal members of the Quinault and Makah tribes to source sustainable seafood.
