Playful and nostalgic bakery Milk Bar is scheduled to open its first-ever Washington location on Thursday, March 23rd at Nordstrom Bellevue Square. Known for its signature desserts like Crack Pie and Cereal Milk soft serve, Milk Bar was called "one of the most exciting bakeries in the country" by Bon Appetit Magazine. Founder Christina Tosi has been profiled on Netflix's docu-series Chef's Table.
