Return Policy

Items purchased from Taste Message are custom-made and printed just for you after you place your order. As a small business, we do not keep inventory on hand (we print as soon as an order is received).
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:
We're always happy to set up a size exchange if the size you've ordered isn't right. If you need an exchange, you can request one by contacting us.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs both ways for exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.​
Returns:
Returns are accepted for qualifying orders when a product is defective, and requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date date. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Your order will be refunded except for the original shipping fees paid on the order. If an item has already been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for a return for a refund.​

If something you received is defective or you have trouble setting up an exchange, please contact us and we'd be happy to get this sorted for you.​​

Shipping:
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs both ways when applicable for returning and exchanging your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
